ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3939 of 2017 in unnumbered C.A.No..... of 2017, dated 11.06.2018, thereby dismissing the petition to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal as against the order of acquittal. 2.As per the decision of the Full Court Judgment of this Court reported in 2020 (4) CTC 1 [K.Rajalingam Vs.

R.Sunganthalakshmi], the appeal as against acquittal lies before this Court. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal as against the order of acquittal passed by the trial Court before this Court in accordance with law.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
