PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant married the man, who belongs to other caste. Due to which, on 30.08.2023, the defacto complainant and her husband were abused by filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any such offences.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioners and another in Crime No.494 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 506(i) IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(vs) of SC/ST (P&A) act, 1989. 2/3

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the petitioner move application for bail before the concerned Court.
