ORDER

This Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that based on the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17361 of 2022, the second Respondent had issued summon to the Petitioner. Instead to co-operate with the enquiry, the Petitioner had approached this Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The second Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioner and also follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
