ORDER

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to open the financial Bid documents pertaining to the tender Ref No. TN-MDU/TPK/02/CFSIDS 2024-25 / Silaiman construction of School Building (G plus 1) 4 Nos of New Additional Class room building in Silaiman Village and Silaiman Panchayat in Thiruparankuram Block, Madurai District and further direct to do evaluate the Financial bid documents in accordance with law. 2/5

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has participated in the tender process and after the tender process is over, the third respondent is not opening the financial bid on 30.09.2024 and no notice was served on the petitioner for opening the tender. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the financial bid was opened on 04.10.2024 and work order has also been issued in favour of the successful bidder. The said statement is recorded.

5. In such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings separately. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
