ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.110 of 2023 dated 28.09.2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek to quash the FIR on the ground that there is an inherent discrepancy between the original complaint and the FIR registered, which will tangle the entire process, in due process of law.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the final report is filed by way of E-filing in No.LTN 2022 000 2006 C 2024 00081 before the concerned Court.

4. In view thereof, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained and it is left open for the petitioner to raise the very same contentions, even with reference to the final report before the appropriate forum.
