COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are directed against the orders passed in I.A.Nos.164 and 165 of 2017 in O.S.No.166 of 2014 dated 07.03.2018 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, allowing the applications to recall D.W.1 and for reception of additional documents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the main suit itself in O.S.No.166 of 2014 was disposed of on 29.02.2024 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
