It is represented that the petitioner in these writ petitions has passed away and the present writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these writ miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

4. Post the main writ petitions on 16.02.2026, for filing counter.
