O R D E R

The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by a father complaining that his daughter, aged about 21 years, had been missing on and from 20.08.2024.

2. The petitioner suspected that her daughter had gone away with the third respondent. The daughter had been produced before this Court. In this connection, the second respondent had registered FIR in Crime No.347 of 2024 on 25.09.2024. After securing the detenu, since she had expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner / father, the FIR had been closed as "further action dropped", by final report, dated 10.10.2024.

3. The daughter is present in Court, today. She had completed her Nursing. She is handed over to the petitioner/ father. We had advised to both the petitioner and his daughter to ensure that there is peace in the family. The daughter is willing to go with her father and the custody has been handed over to the petitioner.

4. No further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
