ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a resident of Rajamaharajapuram village. His grievance is that Adi-Draivdar Elementary School located in his village is not being properly run. He alleges that the Headmistress concerned is not at all discharging her teaching duties. As a result, the students strength has fallen down. This is a serious matter which definitely warrants intervention, if the allegations are true. The fourth respondent is directed to look into the petitioner's representation and take action, if the allegations turn out to be true. Since the issue concerns the welfare of students belonging to downtrodden section, the fourth respondent will hear the petitioner in person also. The fourth respondent may also undertake a field enquiry. He may interact with the villagers concerned and find out. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
