C.M.P.(MD) Nos.19600, 19601 & 19602 of 2025 in S.A.(MD)No.31 of 2024 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and (iii) to bring on record the sixth petitioner legal representative of the deceased first appellant and rank her as sixth appellant in the above second appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Records perused. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the second appeal and list the matter on 23.01.2026.
