ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16555 of 2022, dated 27.07.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16555 of 2022, dated 27.07.2022 has been complied with. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorses the stand of the respondent that the order has been complied with. Compliance report has also been filed by the respondent in this regard.

3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed.
