O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.147 of 2020 dated 13.06.2020 registered against the petitioner and the other accused for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 342, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC, insofar as the petitioner is concerned on the ground that more than three years have been lapsed from the date of registration of FIR and one of the accused was minor on the date of alleged offence.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the investigation is already completed and within a week's time, the charge sheet would be submitted before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this petition seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.147 of 2020 becomes infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, once the cognizance of which is taken by the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
