Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to take action against the 3rd and 4th Respondents in accordance with law, on the basis of Petitioner's complaint, dated 30.06.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.06.2025 and to take action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of one (1) weck from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
