ORDER
The petitioner claims that he is the poojari of the subject temple and there is a dispute between him and the private respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has been denied to enter into the temple. With this averment, the petitioner has lodged a complaint and has also filed this petition.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that there are two groups in the village and this petitioner belongs to one group.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is confining his relief only for entering the temple and the same may be considered by the respondent Police.
4.In view of the above, the respondent Police shall ensure that the petitioner is also permitted to offer his prayer in the subject temple. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
