PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka. No.28/Ka.Aa/Iiai/Siva/2023 dated 14.09.2023 and quash the same and consequently grant permission to conduct the Mulaipari Festival from 26.09.2023 to 04.10.2023 at Arulmigu Sri Uyyavandha Amman Kovil Situated at Gunapanenthal Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District .

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka. No.28/Ka.Aa/Iiai/Siva/2023 dated 14.09.2023 and quash the same and consequently grant permission to conduct the Mulaipari Festival from 26.09.2023 to 04.10.2023 at Arulmigu Sri Uyyavandha Amman Kovil Situated at Gunapanenthal Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that now understanding has been reached between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner party will not make any trouble to the third respondent herein to celebrate the temple festival. Similarly, the third respondent's counsel would submit that they will not make any trouble to performing the mulapari festival. But, they may be permitted to take the procession, for which, the third respondent has no objection.

3.Let fresh representation be made by the parties before the second respondent for conducting the above said respective festivals in the first week of November. It is made clear that on that date the petitioner may not permit the other Villages for making trouble to participate in the above said event. Undertaking must also be given by the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein to conduct the respective festivals in peaceful manner. The second respondent shall impose any condition as situation requires and reasonable.
5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
