2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime number. Since the petitioner is not in a position to arrange for the amount, seeking modification of the order, this petition has been filed.

3. Only based upon the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner while hearing the anticipatory bail petition, the order has been passed.

4. I find absolutely no reason to modify the conditions. The petitioner has to strictly comply the conditions imposed by the order.

5. This Petition is dismissed.
