JUDGMENT

The appellant filed this Appeal Suit to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 20.06.2024 passed in O.S.No.164 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (18.03.2025), the appellant as well as the respondents 2 to 4 are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The identity proof of the parties is also verified. Both parties have filed a Joint Compromise Memo, which was signed by the appellant and respondents 2 to 4. The terms of the Joint Compromise Memo were read over and explained to both parties in the presence of their counsel and both parties have agreed for the terms of the compromise. The said compromise memo is recorded.

3. Hence, this Appeal Suit is disposed of as per the terms of Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. No costs.

4. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellant as per the rules in force.
