ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the writ petitioner dated 09.09.2024, 10.09.2024 and 11.09.2024 and subsequently conduct proper enquiry for the initiation of legal process as per law as against the respondents 3 to 5 forthwith.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is now pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
