ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reconsider the fresh request for one time settlement dated 20.08.2022 as per the order of this Court dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.14902 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the OTS proposal given by the petitioner had already been rejected by the Bank, now, she is ready to settle the entire outstanding amount as on date in ten consecutive monthly installments, for which, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is agreeable, however,

with liberty to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner in case of default in payment of any one of the installments.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay the entire outstanding amount in ten consecutive equal monthly installments. The first installment shall be paid on or before 24.12.2022 and the subsequent nine installments shall be paid on or before the 24th day of every English Calendar month. Till such time, the respondents shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. If the petitioner fails to make any one of the above installments, the respondents may proceed further in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
