PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner representation dated 21.08.2024 within a time limit to be specified by this Court and consequently direct the third respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2024 within a time limit to be specified by this Court and consequently direct the third respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the third respondent has not received any representation from the writ petitioner so far.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has sent representation to the respondents 1 and 2.

5. Considering the above, the writ petitioner is directed to give a representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
