The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 4.8.2025 and pass final orders on merits. 2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, 45 cents of land in S.NO. 164/2 in Kallipuli Village, Melasemponmari Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District was originally owned by Petitioner's predecessor in interest Kaliyappan Ambalam and one Ramasamy Ambalam. The Petitioner's family who are claiming right under Kaliyappan Ambalam has been in possession and enjoyment of 12 1⁄2 cent in S.No.164/2 and the remaining 12 1⁄2 cents was enjoyed by Ramasamy Ambalam. During UDR up-dation, the property has been entered in the name of Ramasamy Ambalam's decendants in the revenue records by excluding the decendants of Kaliyappan 2/6

Ambalam. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation on 4.8.2025 seeking cancellation of UDR Patta issued in the name of Karuthasamy Ambalam and Azhagappan Ambalam in patta NO. 77 and 427 in respect of the property in S.Nos.164/2A and 1564/2B and issue separate patta in the name of Petitioner in respect of 22 1⁄2 cents (1⁄2 of the property). The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the first respondent based on the representation submitted by the Petitioner in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.P4/23080/2025, dated 25.08.

2025 issued notice to the Petitioner calling upon him to produce certain documents referred to in notice and hence representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits, after submission of he documents by the Petitioner. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to submit the necessary documents before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission of documents, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 4.8.

orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, the above said Karuthasamy Ambalam, Azhagappan Ambalam and other interested parties, if any within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
