ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has now been completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.186 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupathur.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
