O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the accused persons in Crime No.35 of 2023, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) IPC. The grievance of the petitioners is that the the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the allegations levelled against the petitioners are vague. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that the enquiry on the complaint given against the petitioners was completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur. The case is taken on file in S.T.C.No.391 of 2023 and with this, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are granted liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
