PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned detention passed by the second respondent in Order in M.H.S.Confdl.No.174/2022 dated 07.10.2022 by detaining the detenue Vethamuthu, aged 41 years, son of Rajendran under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 as a GOONDA and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenue namely Vethamuthu, S/o. Rajendran, aged 41 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

2. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
