ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent not to erect HT pole connection in respect of the Eastern side of the petitioner's land situated in Survey No. 1584/1A1A1A1A in Plot Nos.13 & 14, Keelathiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering his representation dated 30.09.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the pole has already been erected and the line has been drawn without any violation.

3. Since the pole has been erected, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
