ORDER

This petition has been filed to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her property based on the her representation to the second respondent on 18.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 18.08.2018. After a lapse of one year, the petitioner sought for police protection.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18233 of 2018 4.In view of the above, after a lapse of one year, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the second respondent.
