This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in E.P.No.95 of 2017 in I.A.No.220 of 2014 in I.D.O.P. No.264 of 2014 on the file the District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner filed another I.D.O.P.No.191 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, seeking the same relief sought in I.D.O.P.No.264 of 2014 on the file of District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that further adjudication is not warranted in the 2/4

present Civil Revision Petition.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

5. No costs.

6. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
