ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that initially 1/4
the case in Crime No.291 of 2022 had been registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code. Thereafter, the provisions of POCSO Act has also been involved in this case. He further submitted that the victim in Crime No.291 of 2022 had approached this Court by filing W.P(MD).No.15264 of 2022, in which, order was passed on 14.07.2022 directing the Respondents to complete the investigation within a reasonable period of four weeks. As per the direction of this Court, the Respondents had issued summons to the Petitioners. Immediately after receipt of the summon, the Petitioners approached this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The Respondents are directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
