" Petitioner is called absent.
2. Prima facie the Mandamus sought for by the petitioner is not liable to be granted. The petitioner seeks appointment as a Grade-II Police Constable/Grade-II Jail Warder/Fireman, by considering his representation, dated 17.09.2018. However, at para-8 of the affidavit, he states that his claim for appointment was rejected on 24.10.2017 in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/9645/2017. This order remains unchallenged.
3. To afford an opportunity, list on 03.02.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal' ".
