ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.62 of 2024, which has been registered for the offences under Section 294(b), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the investigation in the impugned FIR, final report has been filed, which was registered in C.C.No.1424 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.
