ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner as well as the petitioner's possession of the agriculture field on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner purchased the property from the vendor for valuable consideration and patta was transferred in his name. The third respondent is the President of Poovanam village and he is making life threat to the petitioner.

3. Let the second respondent issue summon to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. Let the above said complaint be disposed of on its own merits after finding out the ground situation within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. 2/4

4. With the above directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
