ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to interfere in a civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are brothers, that there existed property dispute between the parties and that earlier on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and subsequently there arose quarrel between the parties and on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.324 of 2024 on 20.08.2024 against the petitioner and another. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
