ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute on the alleged complaint given by the defacto complainant viz., the fifth and sixth respondents on the basis of the representation dated 19.09.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.626 of 2024 and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
