ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The respondent herein has addressed a letter to the learned Special Government Pleader vide letter dated 17.10.2023, stating that the direction issued by this Court has been complied with. In this regard, survey was conducted in the subject property in a peaceful manner with the assistance of the Police and in the presence of the petitioner as well as the alleged encroacher. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
