COMMON ORDER This Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 07.09.2018 passed in I.A.Nos.483 and 484 of 2018 in O.S.No.282 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi and allow the present civil revision petitions. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that already the suit itself has been dismissed by judgment and decree dated 29.08.2022.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
