Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to disburse the grant of Rs.80,300/- (Eighty thousand and three hundred only) along with interest to the petitioner which was originally granted by the Government for Gaja Cyclone Relief fund for the petitioner within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to disburse the grant of Rs.80,300/- (Eighty thousand and three hundred only) along with interest to the petitioner which was originally granted by the Government for Gaja Cyclone Relief fund for the petitioner within a stipulated time."

2. It is informed that money has been given to the petitioner and nothing survives for consideration.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
