JUDGMENT

The instant review application has been filed by the petitioner in WP(MD).No.19349 of 2024 seeking to review the order dated 13.08.2024. 2.A perusal of the order passed by this Court on 13.08.2024 reveals that this Court has dismissed the writ petition wherein the petitioner has challenged the transfer order from one branch to another branch within Tirunelveli Town.

3.The petitioner is working as a Conductor and he has been transferred from Thamirabarani Branch to Tirunelveli Bypass Branch which is 300 meters away. This Court had found that no prejudice would be caused to the writ petitioner and on the said ground the writ petition was dismissed.

4.The present review application has been filed contending that as victimization, the order of transfer has been imposed. 5.This Court is not inclined to consider the said plea, in view of the fact that the transfer is not from one station to another station, but it is from one branch to another branch within the Tirunelveli Town. Therefore, there is no merit to interfere in the review application. 6.In view of the above said facts, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
