O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to assess the Petitioner's property under Old T.S.NO. 730/8A, later T.S.NO.730/8A1, under Block NO.14, Dinidgul Town, at Chettinayakanpatti and Pallapatti Ward by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 23.6.2025. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased 4725 sq.ft of land in in S.NO.730/8A1 under sale deed, dated 23.09.1974 and in the Town Land Survey Register, the name of the third respondent has been included erroneously. Therefore, he submitted a representation before the official respondents on 23.6.2025 seeking deletion of his name. The said representation has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 2/5

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry on the representation of the Petitioner is already over and matter is reserved for orders 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 4 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the final orders shall be passed only after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
