ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the letter dated 30/06/2020 in D.No.757/2020 from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai, who sought extension of time for dispose the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.R.Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs. S. Bharathi, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

The learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.129 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.01.2020.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 30.06.2020 is accepted and a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court.
