For petitioners : Mr.K.Premkumar For Respondents : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1341 of 2021 now pending on the file of the third respondent to the file of C.B.C.I.D., or any other independent investigating authority and to file the final report before the competent court of law within a time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1341 of 2021, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 474 and 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2021, so far no final report has been filed. 3.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submits that the investigation of the case lodged by the petitioner is in progress and sofar, 5 witnesses have been examined. He would, on instructions, further submit that investigation will be completed shortly.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the third respondent police is directed to complete the process of investigation and file the final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
