ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Order, dated 10.03.2017 passed in C.C. No.59 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District and to permit the petitioner to cross examine P.W.1 & P.W.2 as per the Order, dated 18.05.2015 passed in C.M.P. No.3775 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the main case in C.C. No. 59 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District has ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
