This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.14 of 2024 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Already, this Court quashed the entire proceedings in S.T.C.No. 619 of 2024 against all the accused, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21323 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024. Therefore, once again this Court need not to quash the proceedings. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
