(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.149 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that already the case was taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and it was assigned as CC No.177 of 2017 on 07.11.2017.

3.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
