This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.600 of 2016, pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report. Right from the year 2017, no stay has been granted by this Court and therefore, there was no reason for the respondent Police to stop the investigation.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.600 of 2016 and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
