MR.R.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH BABU Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order in Cr MP No.23 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019 on the file of the R-2 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the Petitioner's husband namely Kumaresan son of Veerappan aged about 29 years now confined at Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 13/12/2019 (Friday, the Thirteenth day of December, Two Thousand and Nineteen) to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
