ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed to set aside or modify the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, in Crl.M.P.No.774 of 2025 in Crime No.21 of 2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that in this case, the petitioner has to challenge G.O. (1D).No.306, Public (Foreigners.I) Department, dated 02.05.2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the present petition is filed without challenging G.O.(1D).No.306, Public (Foreigners.I) Department, dated 02.05.2025. Therefore, the present petition cannot be entertained.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said G.O.
