Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SRIKANTH, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15114 of 2023 on 24.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying the conditions regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that four previous cases are pending against the petitioner and he has complied the condition for 12 days only.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed. The petitioner has to comply the condition, which is imposed upon him at least for fifteen days.
