This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.476 of 2024, dated 10.01.2025, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special District Court, Thanjavur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. R1 to R3 name printed in the cause list, no representation, called absent and set ex-parte. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent has objected to allow this Petition, but till date, the learned counsel has not filed his counter.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
