2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 01.09.2025. Accordingly, paragraph No.4 shall be replaced as follows:- ''4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11849 of 2025, dated 16.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vadapalani Police Station, Vadapalani, Chennai, once in a week ie., on Every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.";

3. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 01.09.2025 in Crl.MP(MD).No.11720 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
