This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.61 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palani.
2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing Mr.N.Mohan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing submitted that the issue between the parties has been settled and therefore, the matter has become infructuous and he also undertook to circulate a letter to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
